MULTISEM 12 Pneumatic Monodisk Seeder

MULTISEM 12 is a Ukrainian-made pneumatic monodisk seeder designed for sowing grains, legumes, oilseeds, and other crops using No-Till and Strip-Till technologies.

With a working width of 12 meters, 48 independent coulters, and a spacious two-section hopper with a capacity of 7,000 liters, it ensures high productivity and consistent seeding quality. The seeder performs effectively in fields with large amounts of crop residue, complex terrain, and varying soil moisture levels.

MULTISEM was developed based on practical experience, years of field testing, and feedback from farmers in Ukraine and other European countries.

What Makes the MULTISEM 12 Seeder Special

  • Individual terrain adaptation. Each coulter is mounted on a parallelogram suspension and independently adapts to field irregularities.
  • Consistent seeding depth. The coulter design helps maintain the set seeding depth even on uneven soil.
  • Effective No-Till technology. The seeder plants seeds without prior soil preparation, minimally disturbing the soil structure.
  • Handling large amounts of crop residue. A cutting disc effectively cuts through stubble and crop residue before the coulter passes over it.
  • Clean seed furrow. The design of the working parts minimizes the entry of crop residues into the seed placement zone.
  • High-quality seed-to-soil contact. The press wheel presses the seeds against the soil, creating favorable conditions for moisture absorption and evenly germination.
  • Adjustable coulter pressure up to 280 kg. This allows the seeder to be adjusted according to soil density, moisture content, and the amount of crop residue.
  • Coulter tracking range of 400 mm. The wide range of vertical movement helps maintain stable operation on uneven terrain.
  • Simultaneous application of seeds and fertilizers. The hopper is divided in a 60/40 ratio: 4,200 liters for seeds and 2,800 liters for fertilizers.
  • Electric seeding rate adjustment. Electric motors ensure precise and convenient adjustment of seed and fertilizer application rates.
  • Strength and wear resistance. The design is engineered for heavy-duty use and operation in challenging field conditions.

Tested Under Challenging Conditions

MULTISEM has undergone real-world field trials in various European countries, where the equipment operated under a wide range of soil and climate conditions:

  • Germany — seeding into waterlogged soil;
  • Hungary — operation on stony fields;
  • Bulgaria — seeding in dry soil.

The test results confirmed the key point: MULTISEM ensures consistent seeding even under challenging conditions.

A Worthy Competitor to Global Manufacturers

MULTISEM was tested on the same demonstration fields alongside seeders from John Deere, Horsch, Bourgault, Horizon, and other well-known manufacturers.

The comparison was not based on information from promotional materials, but was conducted directly during field operations. The following factors were evaluated:

  • seeding uniformity;
  • consistency in maintaining seeding depth;
  • furrow closure quality;
  • uniformity and development of seedlings.

Under these conditions, MULTISEM delivers results that allow it to compete with equipment from leading international brands.

European Operational Experience

Today, MULTISEM seeders are in operation in Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldova, Serbia, and Slovakia.

Each of these countries has its own soil and climatic characteristics. Regardless of the conditions, MULTISEM’s main objective remains the same—to ensure high-quality seeding using resource-efficient farming technologies.

A Seeder That Is Constantly Improving

MULTISEM is not a finished project, but rather a machine that is constantly evolving.

Every season, the Avers-Agro team analyzes farmers’ experiences, tests new engineering solutions, and refines the design. The modern MULTISEM is the result of thousands of hectares of field testing and the systematic work of designers and engineers.

A Smart Investment in Your Farm

A modern, technologically advanced seeder should not be out of reach for Ukrainian farmers.

In-house production, efficient engineering solutions, and optimized manufacturing processes have made it possible to create a machine that rivals expensive imported counterparts in terms of performance but is more affordable.

MULTISEM offers the optimal combination of price, reliability, productivity, and seeding quality.
