Avers-Agro company has vast experience in the production and subsequent installation of sections of tooth harrows or spring harrows for cultivators, disc harrows, seeders and other tillage or sowing equipment.
Appointment of a comb for a disk harrow or a cultivator
The main purpose of a spring or tooth (plume) harrow mounted on a cultivator or a disk harrow is the uniform distribution of crop residues after the passage of the main unit, as well as the removal of small weeds, partial loosening of the soil, removal of erosion crust, fertilizer incorporation.
It often happens that the equipment is not equipped with a comb. For this, our company develops and successfully implements scrapers for absolutely any agricultural machinery.
Types of scrapers produced by Avers-Agro:
- spring comb or spring harrow
- daisy comb
- tooth comb
Due to varying angles of attack, the srebnka can affect the soil in different ways. With a more passive angle of attack, the effect of a uniform distribution of crop residues is obtained and soil mixing is reduced. At a more aggressive angle of attack, the soil is looser, small weeds are removed, and the effect of easy cultivation is obtained.
At the production facilities of our company it is possible to produce spring and stubble harrows for cultivators and disc harrows of any working width. Sections with a width of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3m were produced and successfully mounted on aggregates. There is the possibility of installing on the units train harrows 2, 3, 5 and 8 sections. Spring harrows can have 2 or 3 rows of springs. There is also the possibility of producing combs of a non-standard width, at the request of the customer. All details can be discussed with the managers of Avers-Agro.
The working bodies for the combs are made only of high quality materials. Sections of a spring harrow are made from a spring steel rod with conical torsion. Section harrow harrows are made of diamond-shaped teeth. In their production, grade 45 steel with heat treatment is used, which at times increases the resource of teeth and reduces the traction load on the tractor.
